Unicorn Jadeite, also known as Unicorn Jade and Turkiyenite, is an extremely rare variety of Jadeite, only found in Bursa region of Turkey! It's a trade name for the pink and purple bi-color variety of Jadeite which has been used as a gemstone since the 1980s. Turkish Unicorn/Purple Jade contains 40% to 60% Jadeite, and its unknown what unique combination of minerals gives this material its color.
