Turquoise
Turquoise is a hydrous phosphate mineral composed of copper and aluminum. Turquoise has been adored for thousands of years, dating back to ancient Egypt and China. It is the national stone of Tibet and one of the traditional December birthstones. Native Americans used Turquoise in ceremony and as a currency. When adorned on a weapon, it was believed to enhance accuracy. Turquoise is believed to bring powerful protection, good luck and health by many cultures.
