We are live on Instagram every week! Our normal schedule is:
Sunday: 4 pm - 9 pm CST
Tuesday: 11 am - 3 pm CST
Wednesday: 11 am - 3 pm CST
Thursday: 5:30 - 7:30 pm CST (Bracelets)
Live sales are a great way to see the newest items first before they are added to the website. It also allows you to see items better and ask any questions while actively shopping! It's a great way to get to know us better and learn about crystals. We have an amazing community and we would love to have you join in! We have a ton of fun and love to do giveaways so be sure to tune in whether you plan to shop or not!

During the hours of the live, our profile picture will be glowing on your Instagram home page or by navigating to our profile and clicking on our logo where it says live.
- How to Purchase
- New customers, DM your email address to us before you claim anything
- Comment to claim: Sold, price & emoji of your choice.
- If you use an emoji, it may help prevent your comment from getting blocked by Instagram. (Example: Sold $40 💖)
- First comment on our screen wins the item. Please note, the order of comments may differ on your screen from what we see. Your comment usually shows priority over another even when it may have come through after someone else. We go by the order we see on our screen. Please understand it may differ from what you see, but we have to go by the order on our screen as it may be different for everyone!
- We DO NOT allow swaps or put-backs as its unfair to others who would have purchased the item.
- A comment to claim is a commitment to buy. Do not claim any item you do not plan to pay for within 24 hours. Also, do not claim any item you are not completely in love with. You are not allowed to claim and put items back if you see an item later that you like better. You will lose access to shop lives if you decide to cancel item(s) or do not pay within the 24 hour time period.
- We recommend keeping a list of your claims and/or take a screen shot of your claims so you can stay within your shopping budget and avoid any surprises at checkout. We may not be able to send pictures after the live due to the large volume of orders.
- Free shipping is offered for US addresses for orders over $75 (excludes PO boxes, certain item exclusions may apply -- will be disclosed)! International shipping starts at $15 and goes up accordingly based upon weight and box size.
- Be sure to message right away if you would like to keep an open box for combined shipping!
- Otherwise, we begin packing orders and will not be able to add to your box!
- Open Boxes
- You may keep an open box for one week if you send us a message right away.
- Payment is due within 24 hours for your claimed items; open boxes do not mean you wait to pay.
- We do not issue refunds for shipping if your initial order is under $75 and you later add items to the box that makes the contents over $75.
- We close out open boxes within a weekly after the Sunday live sale unless we have agreed to keep your box open longer, then you will need to contact us when you are ready to ship.
- It is important you send your email to us via DM on Instagram or email if you are new to shopping live sales and have not yet sent your email. It is too difficult for us to try to track you down, and sometimes we are not able to send you a message.
- We invoice the same night, or first thing in the morning following the sale. I will post on our story when invoices have been sent.
- Look for an email from email@example.com in your email inbox.
- Invoices will NOT show in your PayPal as we do not invoice through PayPal.
- Check your junk and promotions folders.
- In the email, you will click complete your purchase button which will take you to our website to complete checkout.
- We accept all major credit/debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, AfterPay, Sezzle, Google Pay and more listed in the footer.
- We kindly ask for payment within 24 hours including open boxes.
- If you do not pay your invoice in 24 hours, your order will be cancelled and you will be blocked from shopping live sales.
- Please only claim items you intend to pay for in 24 hours as it's unfair to others who wanted the item and is disrespectful of our time.
- Payment Plans
- We only offer payment plans through AfterPay and Sezzle. It is your responsibility to know your spending limit and claim responsibly.
- AfterPay and Sezzle are another payment method at checkout which allows orders over $35 to be paid for in four, interest-free payments!
- The first payment is due at checkout and the remaining payments are spread out every two weeks until the order is paid off.
- Your purchase will ship right away!
- If you are a returning customer, and need to make arrangements to pay within a few days, please contact us.
- Lack of payment or communication within 24 hours will result in you being blocked from shopping live sales.
